Seniors' Choice caregivers are often described as dependable, trustworthy, caring, creative, friendly, and patient. And, they all speak very clear English which makes communication much less frustrating. Each of our caregivers is screened using our extensive and personalized screening system. More importantly, many of our caregivers are referred to us by our active employees and provide references to us from sources we can trust such as other agencies, charities, churches, assisted living communities, and so on. We make every effort to put together the best match possible between client and caregiver.
Unlike independent home care contractors who often do not have their own insurance, our caregivers are employed by Seniors' Choice and are bonded and insured and covered by Worker's Compensation. Our caregivers receive ongoing support and coaching while they are employed with us to assure that they are as prepared as possible.
